This Plano Tactical 44×26 pistol case has a very manageable size and it is perfectly suited for safely transporting a pistol or pistols. The exterior of the pistol case is made of impact-resistant synthetic materials. Its interior is completely covered in black foam, which encloses the pistol if the case is closed. The foam will keep the pistol securely in place already, but it can be fastened further by using the internal lash-down mounts. You can attach straps to these mounts, allowing you to tie down the pistol -or an extra magazine, for instance- entirely. Those straps will ensure everything stays in place, even if the pistol case is tossed about during transportation.
The two clamps on the front side can be used to firmly close the pistol case. Those clamps have a snap-down feature, meaning they will stay in an upright position when you open them and they will snap shut when you close them. The moulded-in handle has two holes that can be used to attach a padlock to lock the Plano Tactical 44×26 pistol case. There are external strapping points in the four corners of this pistol case, which you can loop a cord or strap through in order to firmly tie it down onto something. Doing so will allow you to safely transport your pistol and its accessories without the risk of damaging them.
